2. Virtual Design Appointment
During your virtual appointment, an experienced designer will create a customized 3D concept for your basement, blending creativity and functionality based on your wish list and our extensive design expertise. You can make real-time adjustments to fully visualize your space as it comes together. The designer will guide you through a detailed list of our high-quality building materials and all included features. Once the design is finalized, we’ll provide a comprehensive agreement and payment plan. We also offer flexible, budget-friendly financing options. .
3. On-Site Design Review and Evaluation
A seasoned Project Manager and Designer will visit your space to review the design concept, evaluating the structural, plumbing, and mechanical layouts. We’ll take note of any adjustments or changes you've made since the virtual design appointment. This information will be used to finalize the design, creating a detailed blueprint for the construction phase.
4. Choose Your Finishes
Our designers will assist you in selecting from a variety of high-quality finishes, along with additional options, to ensure your basement reflects your personal style.
5. Project Execution and Progress Updates
Your dedicated Project Manager is ready to begin! We’ll order all necessary materials for your project and ensure they are delivered. We kindly ask that you provide space in your garage to store the materials securely and keep them clean. Alternatively, you can choose to have a storage container delivered for the materials. Throughout the build, you’ll receive regular updates from our customer care team and your Project Manager.
6. Final Touches and Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. With our warranty and commitment, we’ll return to address any minor imperfections that may arise. Our skilled team of handymen will handle any final adjustments to ensure your project is flawless. We’re so proud of our work that we love capturing photos of your completed space.
